This product has its ideal habitat in the mediterranean weather. It ripens on Apulian lands, in an ecosystem with an excellent weather and land. Our grape is crispy and sweet, it is selected based on its size and superior quality. The calcareous apulian block, formed by karstic broken rock, together with a naturally regulated humidity are the ingredients for sweet and crispy grapes. The moderate temperature and the sea scent transported by the breeze give them a more transparent color. Caliber is determined by the right ripening of the bunch plant.
